1. To provide clarity, when a manager approves an Appointment the email notifications will be sent to the Customer and the Agent. https://tppr.me/xV3G6W
If you are a Manager, you should not get any email, instead, you will get an small popup in the corner telling you that the Appointment is saved as Approved https://tppr.me/KfMtRw
Also, please go to the Integrations -> Email page and check if your mail sender plugin is working.
2. Because WordPress does not allow Guest to upload file to the website, so we only send to user to Profile page, after that the user could use Gravatar to update avatar https://tppr.me/6AifNy

Thank you so much for replying to me.
Regarding the mail, when I pay dollars for a booking the booking is pending. Also, as a user, I got an email that the appointment is pending right that is good.
Also, I need one clarification from you, As a customer when I pay dollars for a booking the booking is pending. so when the manager approves my appointment, Then as a user should get a confirmation mail. I think that confirmation mail is needed for every user.
