    I didn’t understand what the meaning of the plugin is. Users can view the listing without sending a request. Then what is this plugin for?

    P.S.: After the author’s explanations, I have a rating from 2 to 5 stars.

    Please consider contacting support before leaving a bad review.

    Claiming a listing doesn’t mean requesting to view it, it means requesting to become the listing owner. This monetization model is used by platforms like Yelp or TripAdvisor where businesses are listed without their consent, and then businesses can claim their listings (to be able to edit the listing details, reply to messages etc).
