I cannot create a chart

    I am trying to create a simple chart using a CSV file that I want to upload. Nothing works. Each time I do it, the file disappears and all I’m left with is the sample chart. I’m either clearly doing something wrong, or this plugin doesn’t work for some reason, and I can’t fathom it out. I really need to get this sorted out in the next few days.
