Hello, following the latest updates, many websites are no longer connected, with this error: HTTP Error – Unable to resolve host: xxxxxx.

These websites are accessible on the web, however, with valid and active domains.
    What’s going on?

    Hey @momo-fr

What error message do you get when you try to reconnect them in the MainWP Dashboard?

Did you make any big changes on these websites (e.g. configuring new security plugins that might block the connection)?
Or were there any changes done on the hosting side?

As always, please make sure you’re running the latest versions of MainWP Dashboard and MainWP Child plugins.

Hi Bojan, the message is always the same: HTTP error – Could not resolve host:

This happens with different hosting plans (OVH, O2Switch, Infomaniak).
The sites I have access to only receive updates, no new extensions, no specific changes.
I have sites on the same node and hosting plan that aren’t recognized, while others are.

I managed to reconnect 3 websites by redoing the MainWPChild configuration and I see this morning that they are no longer recognized.

    Thanks for the udpate.

Would you mind opening a private Help Desk ticket so we can collect some additional information & investigate further? https://mainwp.com/my-account/get-support/

It’s been some time since we heard back from you.

I’ll assume that the issue has been fixed and mark the thread as resolved.
