    I notice that I am unable to send a messsage to you by making it private. Hence may I know how I could send you the wp-admin credentials to have a look?

    Hi! You will need to find the PHP error behind the 500 error, otherwise there’s not much we can do for you. You mentioned that you followed the instructions for the post about 500 errors, are you referring to this post? 500 Internal Server Error / blank page

    Are you using the latest version of this plugin (2.1.4)?

    If you follow the instructions from the post linked above, you should get to see a PHP error instead of the 500 error. If you cannot get the PHP error to be displayed and only see the 500 error, please contact your host and ask for the PHP error log of the last hour and check for errors labeled “Fatal”. Please post that error here so we can help you resolve this!
