@louisdp Please can you send me the full name of your business as it appears on Google and the Place ID you’re using?

@louisdp I’ve added an archiving feature to the current version of the plugin. This will help by storing the last successful data retrieval from Google. However, it’s aimed at users experiencing changes in their Place after initially receiving some data.
I’ve also added a new specific errors message to the one you mentioned and, if available, it will show the last successful data collection.
I am marking this as resolved because it is caused by Google not sending data for some existing Places.

This is a large area and not a specific place. I think Google is culling the areas from its Place API (I’ve mentioned this in the other post).
You’ll need to find a specific Business location in the Place ID Finder.

@designextreme it looks like @louisdp and I are having the same problem, we are both located through an area instead of a physical address…
@louisdp are you able to find your Google Maps Business through the Place ID Finder?
Because I’m not for mine.
@philos1964 Google has moved the goal posts and stopped sending through data when a Place relates to a coverage area rather than a specific location. Perhaps you can contact Google support about this matter?

I got an answer from the GMB technical support, but it is not something really helpful, the personn just let me know Google can not display the reviews in my website… that was not what I was asking for…
I continue to ask for a better technical answer…
