HTML in resent e-mails

    Hello,

    We’re having a bit of an odd one. We have a booking system on our site which sends confirmation e-mails to customers once they have made a booking. These are now sending and displaying properly however if we go to the mail ‘Log’ and resend an e-mail, even to the same address, the second e-mail displays HTML code – not the properly formatted e-mail.

    We’ve tried enabling the ‘Fix for Broken Email’ option but that hasn’t made any difference.

    Any ideas what else we could try?
