HTML Ad Not Saving

    I’m experiencing an issue with the Advanced Ads plugin where I am unable to save a new ad. The plugin works perfectly for a the 1st ad I’ve already created, but when I try to add a second ad using the same process, the code disappears after I click “Save” or “Publish,” and nothing displays on my site. Am I limited to 1 ad?

    Here are the details of the issue:

    • Ad Types: Plain Text & Code (HTML) and Rich Content
    • What Happens: After going through all the set up steps and placement, then pasting the code and clicking “Save” or “Publish,” the code disappears when the page reloads, and the ad doesn’t display.

    • Steps I’ve Tried:
      1. Verified the HTML code is valid.
      2. Checked my site’s plugins for conflicts.
      3. Ensured the Advanced Ads plugin is up to date.
      4. Tried simpler HTML to rule out complex code issues.
      5. Tried using Rich Content, when I click save or publish the content disappears upon reload

    Could you help me troubleshoot why the second ad isn’t saving?

    Sure! Here’s the code. But I also tried making a rich text ad and when I click publish, the page refreshes and all the content of the ad is gone. I have 1 set up and working perfectly! So I’m not sure why a new ad isn’t working.

    I guess that displays the add… I’m not sure how to paste the code here without that happening. But as you can see… it works! 🙂

    I see, thank you for the code. (You can use a code block here in the editor to paste code that should not get interpreted by the browser)

    Have you tried creating a new ad in another browser and without any additional browser add-ons like ad blocker and such? Please notify me if this changes the behavior.

    In addition, please check your browser’s development console and your debug log while saving an ad unit and let me know about appearing error messages.

    Thanks for your feedback. I do not have any ad blockers, but i did open my site in Firfox and try to create a new ad. Here’s a video of what happens.

    I set everything up, i went through the wizrd steps and when I click save it reloads as blank. I have another ad running perfectly! So this does not appear to be an issue on my end.

    Thank you for the video. Can you please include  your browser’s development console into the video while saving the ad unit? This would help a lot identifying possible issues.
