.htaccess problem

Hallo,

I have moved my WordPress installation from my personal webspace wwww.domain1.de/subfolder via the plugin Duplicator to the customers webspace http://www.domain2.de.

To protect my own webspace http://www.domain1.de I have used a .htaccess.

After moving the WordPress installation on my customers webspace via the install.php file from the Duplicator plugin, the browser asks for the .htaccess password from my personal webspace although I am on my customers webspace.

I have checked the WordPress’s own .htacess file on the webspace http://www.domain2.de and they look ok.

I have no idea how to remove my “old” password protection on the new webspace.
