    Dear wc support team,

    In our terms we like to have fotos of goods if they are broken to proceed with or refund & return policy.

    We would like to know:
    How a client is able to add file attachements within a support ticket?
    (image, PDF, etc.)

    Hi @2buy,
    the user must be logged in to be able to insert images in the ticket messages.
    The Add media button will appear in the top left corner of the editor.
