    Hi @teknoflair,

    Thanks for reaching out! The block in the screenshot is only temporary, so it may have been lifted already. Do they still see a block page?

    You can find active blocks in Wordfence > Firewall > Blocking. The lockout time is set in Firewall > All Options > Blocking > Amount of time a user is locked out.
