How to reorder single property page sections

Hello Kami,

Please, I’m trying to reorder the placement of sections
on the single property page
like this.

I have tried playing with the single property hooks but i seem
not to be getting it and i also saw the possibility of importing the
the different single property template parts into single-property.php to
override the default.

Please, i need your help with the best approach to use and how to go about it.
