So what you want to do is go to “All pages” under dashboard. Click on the page you want to edit. On the right, find a layout section. Select “Custom” and choose the layout you want. Hope this helps.
Thanks for the reply! I tried what you suggested, but do not see an area on the page that I want to edit titled “layout,” nor do I see any buttons or widgets when editing the page that could be used for “layout.” I am trying to make a static page stretch to full width (sidebar is not enabled however empty space is still present). Is there something I’m missing with regards to locating this area for a custom layout? Thank you again for your help!!
Hello @hotbuys012,
Add the following code to custom CSS-
#primary {
width: 100% !important;
}
It should solve your issue.

Hi there Divjot,
I downloaded your theme yet again for another site, but unfortunately the search bar on this side is full width, which I am trying to change to either “normal” or entirely remove. I’ve searched a dozen CSS options but can’t seem to figure out how to fix this? The pages also look distorted somewhat on mobile. DianaDeadlifts the other site I originally used RAD on looks great, however my new site, DianaAndersontyler.com looks a bit distorted on mobile. Help?
The best fix I have found to remove primary widget is to:
1. Appearance
2. Widgets
3. Primary Widget – clear all widgets under PW
4. Add text only – *keep it blank
5. Save
6. View
7. Primary Widget disabled.
Quick fix and seems to work on the websites that have asked for their sire to be full width.
@divjotsingh_440 Thanks for your response! I do have another quick question. So, we changed the header image to one without text, as recommended. However, I was wondering if there is some custom CSS that I can now use to move the site title and tagline piece up in the center so that it is not obscured by my image and that way it will be in the white area of my image so the text will appear more prominently?? Thanks you @divjotsingh_440
Hey there @divjotsingh_440 Another thing I forgot to mention that relates to an earlier conversation about blog width on the page. Is there a reason as to why the blog on my DianaAndersonTyler.com is appearing more stretched with the wording and almost wraps the entire page? Compared to my DianaDeadlifts.com site, I’m only wanting to see the blog text in the middle of the screen so there is a buffer on the L and R like on the DianaDeadlifts.com site. I’d really like to see a buffer on the sides of the text for the DianaAndersonTyler.com site as well!
Any advice or help you can offer?

Hello @hotbuys012,
Apologies for the delay.
Can you once again brief me on the issues you are having with your sites so I can catch up with them.
Thanks,
Divjot
Hi there…yes, we still have 2 persistent issues.
1) We changed the header image to one without text (DianaAndersonTyler.com), as recommended. However, I was wondering if there is some custom CSS that I can now use to move the site title and tagline piece up in the center so that it is not obscured by my image and that way it will be in the white area of my image so the text will appear more prominently??

Hello @hotbuys012,
Regarding the title, you first need to enable the title so that I can take a look at the issue and provide a fix for it.
Regarding the content being stretched, it seems some plugin is causing this issue. Can you please re-check the plugins you have installed.

Hi there!
I deactivated at least 10 plugins that I was using on the site. As for the title and subtitle, I’ve enabled it so you should be able to provide any code fixes that we can use. Let me know what advice you can further offer. Many thanks since I could not do this without you!
