thats not possible with the plugin.
Please be aware that we do not maintain this Plugin anymore. The plugin will become a formbuilder with all functions of all functionality of the “Questions” plugin. The new Plugin name will be “Torro Forms” and will be launched in the next week as beta. There will be the option to import all Surveys, build with “Questions”.
In this Plugin it will be possible to leave a one Choice field with no selection.

we have launched Torro Forms today. Please visit http://torro-forms.com/ or install the Torro Forms Plugin from the WordPress repository by searching it in the “Plugins” section in your WordPress Admin.
You can import your surveys from questions to Torro Forms by clicking on the notice message which will be displayed if you have installed “Questions” before.
