    i try way too many time to create a NEW ticket.

    once i click create ticket and fill in my name and email again n again.

    it return this result:

    i go to support page click create ticket, it go to over smart AI BOT asking me samething again.

    than i keep asking same question and it keep repeat untill this message pop up:

    We’ve created a support ticket for your request, and our team will reply to you via email soon. You don’t need to follow up here in the chat — any new messages will start a new ticket and may delay our response. Please keep an eye on your inbox for our reply.

    so i try to check my ticket there is ZERO (0) ticket in my ticket section, so how to create VALID ticket so human can reply me ?

    you guy leave me no choice as no CUSTORMER or Tech support there to support me, other than oversmart FAKE AIBOT reply with fake ticket.

    We’re really sorry for the inconvenience you’ve experienced while trying to create a support ticket.

    We’re currently transitioning to a new email-based support system, so tickets created through the chatbot are not yet visible inside your Rank Math account. Our team is actively working on improving this, and soon all bot-created tickets will appear properly in your account area.

    after 10 day my ticket still not appear in my ticket system.

    by the way it take how many day for rank math support to response technical email ?

    Hello @sonnycool,

    The current SLA is set at 24 hours and we can see that your tickets have been addressed within that timeframe in our ticketing system.

    In regards to the tickets, the current priority is to iron out the current ticket flow and then we can start working on improvements like the one you mentioned. For now, you can check your email inbox for any new updates on your currently open tickets.
