I bought the WordPress Survey Maker Plugin directly from their website instead of going to the plugins page on my website and clicking “Upgrade”. I didn’t get a receipt or any proof except the payment on my credit card so how do I initiate my membership of it so I can use it. It still says Upgrade on the page.
