Hi Aadil_hussain,
Unfortunately there is no way to add new fields because to be able to create a table for displaying the leads generated by contact form 7 the plugin needs to check the number of fields the cf7 form has then create a column based on that. In your case since there are already existing leads you can’t just add columns, it will break the table layout.
My suggestion is you need to delete the existing captured leads and then it will now generate a new table layout for your leads.
Also regarding your concern, I will update the plugin later today, please update the version of the your plugin. I did consider your concerns, on updated version if the contact form field is change it will now be displayed but marked as edited and the layout might be off a little bit.
