    I dont really understand how the plugin work. So if i make any changes to the posts or plugin does it show immediately to other users?Or by the time interval i set for the heartbeat. I have a woocommerce site so how does it affect purchases.
    I installed heartbest because my server support says wordpress heartbeat takes a lot of my server memory.
    1,687 requests for /wp-admin/admin-ajax.php
    129 requests for /?wc-ajax=get_refreshed_fragments
    106 requests for /wp-admin/admin-ajax.php?td_theme_name=Newspaper&v=8.7.5
    I am still developing my site, it is not finished yet.
    And there will be always users logged in because we need to process orders.

    Basically, it causes less requests for admin-ajax.php by limiting the WordPress heartbeat. Normally, the heardbeat will make a request to admin-ajax.php every X seconds (usually somewhere around 15 seconds, depending on where you are on the site and other plugins/themes). This allows you to disable or throttle those requests.
