How do I make my Posts page my home page

Hi guys, i currently have two pages on my website .

One is my home page (bricklanebuyersclub.co.uk) and the other is my blog page (bricklanebuyersclub.co.uk/buyers-club-blog/). I would like to change it so that my Blog pages permalink is just bricklanebuyersclub.co.uk making it my home page and change my original home page to an ‘About’ page.

Is this possible? I have been trying to change it but cannot edit the permalink of my home page so not sure if it will work without deleting my home page. Any help is appreciated.
