How do I get this to work?

How do I get LuckyWP Table of Contents to work? There are no instructions anywhere.

I have installed and activated it and selected settings, including auto insert, and saved and refreshed one of my pages thatI’m working on, but nothing happens on it.

My pages are built in Divi.
