How do i get this plugin to work with elementor?

Hi there, i’m trying to get the free version of this plugin working with my Eventbrite events on my website using elementor.

I have installed and activated the plugin and inserted my API token in WP settings and it was accepted and connected. I am also able to generate short codes using my token on the shortcuts demo page:

However, none of theses short codes display anything though when I try and display them on an elementor page using the shortcodes elementor widget.

When I try to add the official ‘display eventbrite’ widget in elementor it also just says ‘no events found’

Any idea how I can fix and get my eventbrite events showing?
