• Hi all. It looks like attaching files is an option on Fast Secure Contact Form, as there are file extension options. I however cannot find where to enable it. There is no button to attach a file showing up on my form.

Please disregard. I now know you simply add it as a field.

Maybe I spoke too soon. Attempting to send a word doc as an attachment seems to temporarily take the entire blog down. Including the html parent site?!?!. The form works fine of you

    The blah.com page isn’t working

    blah.com didn’t send any data.

After a few seconds, both the wordpress and html site are up again.

After some experimenting, it seems the issue is a problem attaching word files. PDF attaches just fine.

Hi, if you have issues attaching word files this could be related to your server limitations. Or some other plugin on your site might be stopping you from adding a doc file.

Did you check the following entry Attached files acceptable types: to make sure doc is added as a valid file type? This is located in Plugins -> FS Contact Form -> Fields -> General Field Settings?

    Regards
