how do disable RSS?

I want to disable the RSS functionality in WP. Right now, the RSS button appears in the browser address bar and I get this in the page source:

How do I turn off this stuff? I don’t see anything in the dashboard. I don’t see the above code in header.php. So, I think it is in <?php wp_head(); ?>
How do I get to that?

I would expect enabling/disabling RSS in WP to be a straightforward thing in the dashboard. So if I am just blind, please tell me.
