how count attachments

Hello
in my website (https://mwallpaper.ir) search form is set to search in attachments, so because attachments have “inherit post_status”, in admin dashboard show “0” results for all searched words, I think I should change Some parts of plugin code to count inherit posts as a search result.
Is there a way to do this?
