Hover animation stopped working

    Hi,

    I’ve been using Visual Portfolio for years.

    However, a few months ago, the hover animations in my portfolio (on the home page and other pages) stopped working. What could be causing this?

    Hi Cinthya,

    We checked your site page

    On our side, the Visual Portfolio hover effect is currently working correctly. We tested the portfolio items and the fade overlay, text appearance, and image zoom animation are all still active, so at the moment this does not look like a plugin issue on the live page.

    Because of that, the most likely cause is cached or overridden styles on the site. We recommend clearing your site/cache/CDN cache and browser cache first, then checking whether any recent theme, custom CSS, or optimization changes may have affected the portfolio item styles. If you still see the issue after that, please let us know on which page and in which browser it happens, and we’ll take a closer look.
