I can´t get the Hour Forecast to work.

Time is set to default: j F, Y
Date is set to default: H:i

In Weather options: Number of range hours forecast? = 6

did you setup your own OWM API key?

I contacted OpenWeatherMap, there is an issue with their API (especially with XML feeds).
I keep you informed.

I confirmed that OWM have issues with free XML feeds (in this case, hourly forecast).
The only way to avoid this is to subscribe to a premium plan on OWM.
