Hey,

When a user register with name and email address WP doens’t sent out a confirmation mail to Hotmail and Gmail accounts.

What do i need to change for this to work?

I’m running WP locally on my computer right now. Could that be the problem?

Probably. If you are using Xampp http://www.google.com/search?q=xampp+using+email

I’m using Wamp.

Is that also a problem?

Thanks Michael for your help.

I didn’t try the wamp guide, but uploaded everything to the site and now WP sents mail to Hotmail/GMail.
