First of all, thank you for the valuable feedback given, we will do our best to increase the response time.
Also, I understand the frustration you have when you try to use a plugin and it doesn’t work properly.
However, I think such issues can be resolved in the ticket section instead of leaving a one-star review because the time you wait for a response is higher considering that you use the free version of the plugin, and we prioritize premium users who without them, we could not offer the free version.
That being said, thank you for your willingness to work with us to find the source of the problem.
Even if the problem is with the server, and we do not offer support on the server side, we have given you some suggestions to solve the problem.
