    Hello
    ANother suggestion.
    It can be interested to add some hook to the plugin.
    For example a hook that is trigger when a review is submitted.
    This hook permits for example to send an email, or a woocommerce coupon etc or any other action when a customer send a review.

    Hi again @roryrory. Thanks for all your great suggestions! We really want to spend more time and effort improving Rich Reviews. Unfortunately it’s just not in the budget right now to add new features. But we’ll definitely look at this, when we’re ready to add new features again.

    Right now we’re focused on security and bugfixes.
