Home Page is not showing

My active site also use the same theme; however, it was restored by my host provider and I cannot log into the Dashboard anymore. Since it’s just a small site, I installed a Sydney onto a subfolder and created my site before make it active. I can view the Home inside my Dashboard; but when I copied the URL and paste it onto a different browser, it is emptied as it shown here: https://tec-ops.com/wpto/

Can someone help?
