ho to change recent posts?

Hi there,
I ‘ve got some questions,
theme used: cakifo http://azubi-scout.net/
1. I’d like to rename “recent posts” where can I do that?
2. I’d like to delete postdate and posted by where can I do that?

And if finally somebody knows why the contact form by contact form7 http://azubi-scout.net/online-bewerbung/ can not be formatted with cakifo I really would be deeply impressed 🙂
