The data tracked by Burst is anonymized, and stored on your own site only. It is not disclosed to any other party by Burst.
The data that is tracked (anonymously), is for example duration of the visit, the visited pages and region of origin of the visitor.
I’m no HIPAA specialist, but it seems to me that there’s no problem here. But you might want to consult a specialist about this.
