High server load

    I used this plugin on several sites. Works great.

    However, it produces high load on server when changing domain. For small sites it takes up short time so it is not a problem, but on bigger sites, this brings site and even server down.

    On one site I ended up with error “User already has more than ‘max_user_connections’ active connections”.

    It would be good it it relaxes server a bit, but making pauses between updates or even updating in batches.

    It would be good also to have some replacement progress information.
