    How to hide adminimize from 1 administrator? of hide from all administators and a way to configure adminimize anyhow

    found by myself
    Plugin Settings > Activate this option to allow access to pages of the back end, even if it’s hidden to a user role

    it’s not waterproof, but the users doesn’t know WordPress that well 🙂
