Hidden Score Box Issue

Hello

I bought and using Sportspress with Cricket Plugin.

I have one issue with the Score Box at Match Page

I followed the instruction for hiding score box but When i select the check box of the columns which i want to show and click update than the page refreshes and my checked boxes comes up with empty boxes. In short, Its not showing what i want to show in Score Columns. Event though i set the Box Score Columns to Manual as per given instruction.

I did send emails and support ticket to the Author of this plugin but no reply yet.

Please help me out in this matter as i am in bit hurry and didn’t found anything about this issue any where on the internet
