Hidden icon / css issues in UI

    Refresh icon is hidden and there are few css issues with other parts of the UI.

    The issue is you have a css rule of min-width: 0px; which hides the refresh icon. I have attached a screenshot of the issue. There are other css issues as well. This could be isolated but thought I might let you know as you might need to add !important to some rules if inline.
