If you can enable a pullquote on a page on your site and post the link, I can take a look. It’s probably just some CSS rules in your theme overriding the plugin.
I did post the page. The quote is right in the middle of the page. Look at the post above for the link.

I see the pullquote and the line to the left of the quote is visible — although the color almost blends into the page background.
Can you copy and paste the shortcode you’re using?
Something like this should work to change the color of the border (change #16989D to the HEX color you desire):
[perfectpullquote align="left" color="#16989D" cite="Hank & Harry's"]We bring you history and tradition. The "authentic" delicatessen menu...not just another chain sandwich shop.[/perfectpullquote]
This is the code IM using:
[perfectpullquote align=”full” size=”25″ bordertop=”” class=”” cite=”Hank & Harry’s” link=”” color=”#0x8B7344″] We bring you history and tradition. The “authentic” delicatessen menu…not just another chain sandwich shop.[/perfectpullquote]
I copied and pasted the exact code you sent me and now its all screwed up and will not change back even to what I had previously.
