Help with exlusion for issue with stripe integration

I have a payment page that is loaded in my website flow. When the plugin is activated, it does not work correctly most of the time. This is why I’d like to exlude the related JS. Only, the JS seems to get loaded externally as you can see in the screenshot. Can this be excluded?
