Help with Dymo not connected

    I am having trouble with my Dymo Plugin in WordPress. Ive downloaded the software and drivers but I cant print my shipping labels like I used to from WordPress to my Dymo printer? It keeps sayinng that the Dymo is disconnected but it is not and it prints on the computer fine from its own software – just not through wordpress?
