Help with custom URL and description

Hi, this seems to be the plugin I am looking for. Can anybody help me with the custom <?php do_quickshare_output( $url, $title, $source, $description, $imgurl ); ?>
In which format shall I add the url and the description? I just tried with <?php do_quickshare_output( $http://www-mysite.com… etcetc and it produced a blank page. I am no developer, have only limited php knowledge. Thanks!
