I guess I am a little confused as to how I can set this up so that it gives the option to enlarge on post texts only. Any documentation? Couldn’t find any.

Is that the only thing I need to do? Do I need to add any code or anything to any posts/pages/custom css?

Yes if your CSS is clean.
