    Hello, for an error on a custom code, there are lots of orders on my site that were not exported to shipstation from woocommerce. I already fixed the error on the custom code, but i need now to send all these orders.

    How can i send the export to shipstation from wocommerce? I’m trying to avoid importing by csv on shipstation.

    Help export old orders

    From what I gather, the issue is with orders not synced to ShipStation, due to erroneous custom code running on your site.

    As a first step, my recommendation would be to test if the connection is stable now.

    You can test the connection in ShipStation by going to Account Settings (the wrench at the top) > Selling Channels > Store Setup.

    From there, you need to click on Connection next to your store and will need to enter your key again, found under WooCommerce > Settings > Integration > ShipStation. This will let you know if there’s an ongoing connection problem or not.

    Importing by CSV sounds like the optimal way to do so, currently, I’m afraid.
