Heading elements are not in a sequentially-descending order

I need your help please in changing the <h3 class="scriptlesssocialsharing__heading">Share this post:</h3>

To h2 instead of h3.

Google Pagespeed Insights is complaining that Heading elements are not in a sequentially-descending order.
Properly ordered headings that do not skip levels convey the semantic structure of the page, making it easier to navigate and understand when using assistive technologies.

My post starts with h1 for the title, and then h3 for the scriptlesssocialsharing__heading.
