Header Menus text size doesn’t increase/decrease

I’m having the same problem. When I increase the text the title text decreases in size, but the subtitle and paragraph font increase in size.

I’ve also disabled High Contrast and Negative Contract in the settings, but those options are still showing up on the front end.

Any help you could provide would be much appreciated. Thank you.
