gzip and browser cache not working

    this is my site, I turned on the cache and gzip, I also checked the .htaccess file, everything is written there, but when I check my site with pindom and gtmetrix, both said no gzip nor browser cache turned on. What might be the problem? THANKS!

    Gzip works properly but browser caching does not work properly. you should contact your hosting provider.
