Gutenberg Block. Mode: edit is not work

Hi, please help. I’m creating a Gutenberg block. In the block settings in block.json, I specify “mode”: “edit”, but the block fields only appear in the sidebar (‘InspectorControls’). However when I using ACF the fields appear inside the block, not in the sidebar

There is also no option to switch modes in the admin panel itself (Eye, Pencil)
