  • Hi Sven,

Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us. I checked your feed and there is no GTIN in the feed itself so it seems like you mapped the wrong Rankmath GTIN attribute to Facebook’s GTIN field. Can you check the drop-downs and see if there is another attribute in there that has a similar naming and try that one?

Bear in mind, we have never tested if the Rankmath plugin is compatible with ours so it might be that when Rankmath saves its data not in normal WooCommerce attributes or in array’s it will never work.

    Hi,

It’s the only rank math attribute for GTIN (<option value=”custom_attributes__rank_math_gtin_code” selected=””> rank math gtin code (Custom attribute)</option>)

It’s saved as a metakey in the database, see: https://prnt.sc/166xfpu

    Regards,
    Sven

    Hi Sven,

We have tried to replicate the issue at hand however is seems that the GTIN field option is only available with the Rank Math Pro version so unfortunately we cant test this out ourselves.

Can I give you access to our staging site to try it out?
