Greenlight and custom addons

Hi guys!
If we use Greenlight (https://greenlightbuilder.pro/) instead of Greenshift, is it possible to create custom third-party blocks, like in this example: https://greenshiftwp.com/documentation/for-developers/greenshift-framework/?

At the moment, the addon from the example shows a message when the Greenlight plugin is active (and not Greenshift):
Please, activate Greenshift plugin to use Boilerplate Addon

Also, one more question: are there any updates planned for the documentation on creating third-party addons?
