    I purchased the WP-Time “Video popup”-plugin for client websites after looking for a video player alternative for WordPress. When I encountered a specific issue – the license key was visible to end users – I reached out to support and they resolved it quickly (implemented in version 2.0.4 of the premium version), allowing me to move forward without delay.
