    Hello David,

    Since some time, the plug-in prompts a message when using it, asking one to leave a review. But here’s the thing: it doesn’t react to turning it down and after having given a review it still won’t disappear, which makes working with it quite impossible. But up until then, it really was a great plug-in.

    Now I’m having contact with the site builder so that we can try turning off the plug-in, in the hope that it will solve the issues.

    Ah, well that sounds like a bug. I will open a support ticket for you and try to have this resolved. We don’t want to annoy our users with such messages. I can assure you, it’s not our intention to spam you a message after you clicked it away.

    We can handle this from the support ticket further.

    We did have another good look at the review code in our plugin and we can’t reproduce the issue on our local environment. Dismissing the notice is done by an Ajax call and I expect that this call does not fire correctly. Maybe another plugin or the theme prevents the code from running. I’d be happy to have a look at your environment to see if that is the case. If that is something that you want, please send me a message at [email protected] so we can continue the support there.
